How will my order be packaged?
In keeping with our ethos, we use pre-used cardboard boxes and envelopes, wherever possible.
If your parcel contains packaging peanuts, these are plant fibre based and are water soluble.We use UK made paper based compostable and recyclable sticky tape, the same tape we stock in our shop! Your address label is printed on recycled paper too.
Are all your products plastic-free / zero waste?
The vast majority of products we stock only contain natural materials. A few products use synthetic materials, these will be detailed in the item descriptions. Reusable menstrual / incontinence pads, nappies, wet bags may contain PUL, plastic zips and snaps. These products need to have a waterproof layer to be fit for purpose, there is not currently a 100% plant based alternative. These products are carefully selected and tested and are significantly less damaging to the environment than their single use counterparts.
When will my order be dispatched?
We post daily and endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days. If you need to receive an order by a certain date, please contact us using the order form or by email to discuss if this is possible.
Are any of your products suitable for vegans?
Yes! All the products we stock are suitable for Vegans. We are a member of the Vegan Traders Union and you might also find us at Vegan Fairs across the Midlands and South Wales.
Refunds and returns
Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you have a faulty or damaged item so we can replace or refund. If you are unhappy with a product but it is not faulty or damaged, please contact us using the contact form and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
